 General terms and conditions of use of the website

PREAMBLE:

The present General Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "GCU") are intended to apply exclusively between Mont Blanc Experience and all persons wishing to access the Site and/or use the services offered from the Site (hereinafter referred to as "the User").

Any use of the services offered via the Site automatically implies the application of these GCU. Please read them carefully.

We inform you that the provisions of these GCU may be modified in particular due to changes in legislation and/or regulations, without Mont Blanc Experience being held liable. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site (unless otherwise indicated). The latest updated version will be available to all and permanently accessible on the Site, by clicking on the link "Legal Notice and Conditions of Use of the Site" appearing at the bottom of the Site page.

ARTICLE 1: HOSTING

ARTICLE 2: DEFINITION

The Site: refers to Mont Balcn Experience's website, accessible at https://www.montblanc-experience.com.

User: any Internet user who navigates and/or uses the services offered by Mont Blanc Experience from the Site.

Services: refers to all services offered by Mont Blanc Experience, i.e. travel services and associated services.

Customer: any Internet user who, after accessing the Site, (i) subscribes to the Newsletter, and/or (ii) requests a quote, and/or (iii) accepts a proposal for travel services received from Mont Blanc Experience.

ARTICLE 3: USE OF THE SITE

The Site is accessible free of charge anywhere by any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the Services remain at the User's expense. Likewise, Mont Blanc Experience shall not be held responsible for any Internet connection problem attributable to any equipment and/or operator used by the User (reduced speed or interrupted connection in particular).

From the Site, Users have access to the following information and/or Services:

• A varied travel offer covering most of the countries open to travel (free access for all Internet users)
• Detailed information on the various products and services offered by Mont Blanc Experience (free access for all Internet users).
• Specific access to firm or optional travel subscriptions and online quotation requests.
• Access to a personalized area accessible to all customers with access codes.

ARTICLE 4: WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Mont Blanc Experience will make its best efforts to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond Mont Blanc Experience's control and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.

For the proper management of the Site, Mont Blanc Experience may at any time:

• Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site, reserve access to the Site, or to certain parts of the Site,
• Delete any information that may disrupt the operation of the Site or that contravenes applicable regulations,
• Suspend the Site in order to carry out updates.
• Mont Blanc Experience cannot be held responsible for any failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation, preventing access to the Site or any of its functions.

The equipment used to connect to the Site remains the responsibility of the User, who must take all appropriate measures to protect his equipment and his own data, particularly in the event of viral attacks via the Internet. Mont Blanc Experience may not be held liable, as the User remains solely responsible for the websites and data consulted.

ARTICLE 5: GENERAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITE USER

The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the provisions of these GCU, with public order and morality, and with respect for intellectual property rights and image rights. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in Mont Blanc Experience holding the User liable.

The User or the Customer must keep any identifier and any password enabling them to access the Site or any part thereof as strictly confidential, and must not authorize any person to access and use such identifier and password.

The User or Customer is responsible for any activity in connection with the Services accessed or used via their customer area. They must immediately notify Mont Blanc Experience of any unauthorized use of their login and password by sending an email to our Customer Relations department at the following address: contact(a)montblanc-experience.com

By using the Services, the User and the Customer represent and warrant that (a) all information provided is true and accurate; (b) they maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) their use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

ARTICLE 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Service, such as text, graphics, videos, audiovisual works, logos, photographs, icons, images, audio clips and software, are the property of Mont Blanc Experience or its licensors and are protected by French copyright laws and applicable international laws. Content and materials on the Site operated, licensed or controlled by Mont Blanc Experience may not be copied, except by a User solely for the User's personal use, and such content and materials may not be distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way, without the prior written permission of Mont Blanc Experience. Modification or use of the content or materials for any other purpose would violate the intellectual property rights of Mont Blanc Experience and/or its licensors.

Mont Blanc Experience, and other Mont Blanc Experience trademarks and logos are registered trademarks and the property of Mont Blanc Experience. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited by law. Nothing contained in the Service or the TOS should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Service without the prior written permission of Mont Blanc Experience specific to each use. The use of any Brand as part of a link to or from any website is prohibited without the prior written consent of Mont Blanc Experience.
